Lead field operations for Birch Mountain Enterprises with solid personnel coordination, equipment oversight, and safety leadership. This permanent full-time position follows a 14-on, 7-off schedule.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the experienced Supervisor directs personnel and equipment to meet client and customer requirements. The role requires effective multitasking, field leadership, communication, organization, and customer relations. Previous Water and Vac Truck experience supports daily operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate personnel and equipment for assigned job scopes
- Direct daily activities and maintain field leadership
- Promote safe work procedures with the HSE team
- Inspect units and correct identified deficiencies




- Review documentation, performance, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience working with Water and Vac Trucks
- Valid minimum Class 3 driver's license and clean abstract
- OSSA or BSO/CSO and CSTS certifications
- Excellent communication, organization, computer, and customer relations skills
