Lead grassroots community engagement and social impact programs on-site with Canucks Sports & Entertainment in Vancouver. This full-time term position requires no travel.

The Senior Manager, Community Engagement & Social Impact leads community programs, cultural theme nights, and player and family initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President, this manager supervises community staff, advances ideas, and supports programs across BC. The anticipated February 2027 start covers a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee First Responders Night and Women in Sport Night
- Lead cross-departmental theme night collaborations and execution
- Manage budgets, administration, and player appearance programming




- Develop BC Children’s Hospital relationships and opportunities
- Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to community staff

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary degree or diploma and five years’ experience
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- MS Office and database management proficiency
- Weekend and evening availability for special events
