As Portfolio Manager, you will shape markets, clients, and associated engineering projects across Ontario. You will collaborate on market strategies, proposal responses, project performance, and solutions supporting consistent growth. The position builds on AtkinsRéalis’ leadership as municipal engineers in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies for markets, clients, and municipal road projects
- Maintain visible client relationships across the assigned portfolio
- Lead bids, bid strategies, and Go-No Go decisions
- Oversee project delivery, contracts, risks, claims, and contingencies




- Monitor portfolio performance and follow up on service offers

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field
- Skilled Engineers Ontario licence required
- Ten-plus years in infrastructure project or portfolio management
- Roads, bridges, or highways sector experience
- Knowledge of Ontario municipal clients and project management software
