As a Consultant, you will support client teams across broking and financial management deliverables. Your work includes renewals, carrier marketing, experience reporting, plan design, costings, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with analysts, carriers, and other business units to develop clear recommendations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical and content reviews for accurate client-ready work
- Analyze carrier proposals and support annual renewal negotiations
- Build cost projections for carrier marketing decisions
- Transform claims trends into insights and recommendations




- Prepare financial materials, communications, and plan costings

Requirements:

- Four or more years of direct group benefits experience
- Consulting or underwriting environment experience
- Valid group insurance license; multijurisdictional licensing is an asset
- French and English bilingualism for frequent client interactions
- Analytical, organizational, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
