Coordinate BIM delivery for ACCIONA’s Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project, using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The BIM Coordinator supports digital delivery throughout design and construction phases. Responsibilities include developing BIM Execution Plans, coordinating design partners, managing information workflows, reviewing models, and supporting federated model updates. The position contributes to a major Toronto transit infrastructure project delivered with Metrolinx.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to BIM Execution Plans, guides, and protocols
- Coordinate BIM deliverables across designers and subcontractors
- Review, aggregate, and update federated BIM models
- Perform clash detection and manage design issues
- Maintain BIM libraries,



models, and information workflows

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
- Experience coordinating BIM on large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Civil 3D, or Synchro
- Understanding of BIM principles, ISO 19650, and information management
- Robust communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
