The role coordinates programs, supports organizational goals, and participates in after-hours and on-call rotation. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Specialized Supportive Housing programs for youth and adults
- Provide program planning, coordination, and administration
- Supervise staff and create staff schedules
- Participate in recruitment and performance management processes
- Approve staff time entries through IBEX

Requirements:

- Diploma in a related human or social services field
- At least three years of recent related work experience
- One year of supervisory experience
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Clear Criminal Record Check and safe driving record
