Severn Woods Fine Homes seeks a Construction Project Manager for custom homes and major renovations. You will oversee projects from contract award through completion while coordinating site teams, trades, suppliers, homeowners, and consultants. The position requires technical construction knowledge, sound judgment, and accountability for quality, schedules, budgets, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Manage custom-home and major renovation projects through completion

Develop schedules, budgets, labour plans, and construction priorities

Lead Site Supervisors, Lead Carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers

Review drawings, specifications,



and construction details

Monitor costs, labour hours, progress, and project risks

Requirements

Five or more years managing residential construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

Understanding of Ontario Building Code and municipal inspections

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings

Valid driver's license, transportation, and clean driving record
