Two Queens Home Service is growing and looking for an experienced sales professional to help homeowners create exceptional indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our work includes premium landscaping, interlock, pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, pools, outdoor kitchens, indoor renovations, and complete residential transformations.

Candidates with indoor renovation sales experience may have the opportunity to work year-round.

- Base salary: CAD $40,000–$45,000 per year
- 4% commission on eligible signed contract value

Commission Structure Commission is based on eligible signed contract value and governed by the company's written commission policy.
- 4% commission on eligible signed contract value
- Projects must meet the company's approved minimum gross-margin requirements.
- 50% of earned commission is paid after the contract is signed and the customer's deposit has been received and cleared.
- The remaining 50% is paid when the project reaches substantial completion.
- Commission may be adjusted when documented changes to scope, pricing, margin, cancellations, refunds, credits, or final contract value affect eligibility.

Commission eligibility, gross-margin requirements, payment timing, and adjustment terms will be explained clearly during the interview. Year-Round Sales Opportunity

Our business includes both outdoor construction and indoor renovation work.





Candidates with proven indoor renovation sales experience may have the prospect to continue selling projects during the winter months and develop a year-round sales role.

Year-round opportunities depend on project volume, business needs, and the candidate's ability to sell across multiple service lines.

Your Role

You will own the sales process from the initial client conversation through contract signing and a complete handoff to the Foreman and production team.

Responsibilities include:

- Qualifying residential leads
- Conducting client consultations and site visits
- Understanding client goals, budgets, priorities, and timelines
- Presenting landscaping, hardscape, renovation, pool, and outdoor living solutions
- Preparing accurate proposals using SynkedUp
- Managing follow-ups and sales activities in LeanScaper AI
- Developing qualified sales opportunities
- Closing premium residential projects, preferably valued at CAD $80,000+
- Protecting project scope, pricing, and approved gross-margin requirements
- Setting accurate expectations around scope, pricing, timing, and next steps
- Documenting project details for production
- Completing a clear and professional handoff to the Foreman and production team

This is a sales-focused position. You will not be responsible for crew management, subcontractor management, scheduling, or project management. Lead Flow and Sales Support The company provides qualified leads through:

- Marketing campaigns
- Referrals
- Inbound inquiries
- Existing customer relationships

You will also be expected to develop qualified opportunities, respond promptly, maintain consistent follow-up, and build strong relationships with prospective clients.



The Candidate We're Looking For

Experience selling the following is strongly preferred:

- Premium residential landscaping
- Interlock and paver installations
- Natural stone patios
- Retaining walls and walkways
- Pools and outdoor living
- Outdoor kitchens
- Indoor renovations
- Residential construction
- Hardscape or design-build projects

You should also have:

- Experience closing premium residential projects
- Proven ability to sell projects valued at CAD $80,000+ preferred
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent follow-up and communication habits
- A valid Ontario driver's license
- A clean driving record
- Professional presentation and relationship-building skills
- A strong understanding of residential construction and customer expectations
- The ability to scope projects accurately and protect profitability

French-language skills are an asset but are not required.

Tools and Training

Training will be provided on:
- SynkedUp: For proposals, estimates, and project presentations
- LeanScaper AI: For sales activities, follow-ups, tasks, communication, and project handoffs

Previous experience with these systems is not required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
