Role: Payroll Coordinator

Location: Etobicoke (5 days onsite)

Our client in the manufacturing / pharma space is looking to hire an experienced A‑Z payroll skilled to join the organization

Overview:

- reporting to the HR Payroll Manager
- hands on experience processing full cycle payroll ideally within a standalone environment is ideal
- managing multi‑provincial payroll for 400+ hourly / salaried employees in Ontario and Alberta
- strong practical systems knowledge for ADP WFN or Dayforce
- ability to manage a multi‑pay cycle environment
- benefits administration, year end reporting and reconciliatons
- PCP certification considered an asset
- strong communication able to act as employees first point of contact regarding payroll related questions and maintaining the organizations “open door policy”

- base salary based on experience (70-75K)
