Shape workforce planning and talent strategy with SYSTRA Canada in a hybrid People & Performance Manager position based in Hamilton. Support Design Integration leadership within a complex LRT Alliance.

This strategic HR Business Partner supports the Project Director and leadership team across a three-way engineering joint venture. The position connects resource management, talent management, organizational change, and performance activities with Design Integration objectives. It also strengthens collaboration and integrated Alliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise Design Integration leadership on people and talent priorities
- Lead workforce planning and resourcing aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate recruitment, mobilization, onboarding, and workforce transitions
- Facilitate performance management,



talent reviews, and succession planning
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend organizational improvements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum eight years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change
- Experience leading and developing HR or People & Performance teams
- Presence in the Hamilton Project Office is mandatory
