United Hatzalah Canada in Toronto is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across donations processing, office management, and marketing and communications. The role is full time and based in Toronto, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.

You will handle donation processing from multiple sources, maintain donor records in Salesforce, issue tax receipts, manage accounts payable/receivable, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to donor communications.
