As Senior Compensation Specialist, you will advise ATB’s Wealth business and People & Culture team on complex compensation structures. The role covers variable incentives, market benchmarking, governance, and SAP SuccessFactors. Reporting to the Managing Director of Compensation, you will translate compensation philosophy into practical guidance. Your work will support competitive, well-governed reward programs across dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise Wealth leaders on strategic compensation recommendations
- Evaluate market trends and compensation survey data




- Administer pool-based short-term incentive plans
- Align RSU-style long-term incentive programs
- Optimize compensation workflows using SAP SuccessFactors

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive compensation advisor experience
- Knowledge of complex variable incentive plans
- Experience with wealth or financial industry compensation
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and Google Workspace
