As Founding Sourcing Manager, you will own sourcing across client engagements for seed to Series B AI startups, especially in healthcare. You will set hiring theses, run senior searches, improve AI-native workflows, and maintain a rigorous quality bar. The work spans sourcing, calibration, contractor development, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set hiring theses with recruiters and hiring managers
- Build evidence-based shortlists against stage, stack, and geography
- Improve Claude, Exa, Ashby, and AI sourcing workflows
- Enforce proof-of-work, exclusion, duplicate,



and source rules
- Hire, train, and quality-assure contract sourcers

Requirements:

- Personally sourced senior and staff engineering, AI/ML, or GTM roles
- Ability to distinguish technical implementation from tool exposure
- Experience managing or training sourcers
- Fluency with AI-native sourcing tools or rapid tool adoption
- Clear writing, high agency, and robust founder-facing rationale
