Lead manufacturing production in East York with strong coaching and problem-solving skills on IPEX’s Continental Day Shift. This is a 15-month contract.

As Production Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team at IPEX’s manufacturing plant and report to the Production Manager. Coordinate daily schedules, monitor quality, and support safe, effective production. The position emphasizes team development, workflow optimization, continuous improvement, and plant performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production team members and conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate daily schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Monitor quality and resolve issues with operations teams
- Maintain MES, transition, shift, and Kronos reporting
- Drive scrap reduction and lean manufacturing trials

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- Three or more years supervising manufacturing teams
- Plastic injection molding experience is an asset
- Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP and MES experience preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, and safety regulations
