As an experienced Estimator, you will support pre-construction and estimating activities for multi-unit residential construction. You will develop scopes, estimates, budgets, and schedules while reviewing drawings, specifications, and quantity take-offs. The work includes tendering, bid analysis, value engineering, and project cost updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Project Executives across multiple estimating assignments
- Develop project scopes, estimates, budgets, and schedules
- Review drawings and complete detailed quantity take-offs
- Evaluate subcontractor, supplier,



and vendor bids
- Provide project-specific value engineering recommendations and pricing

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of construction estimating experience
- Robust mid-rise and high-rise residential construction experience
- Design-Build experience with North American construction exposure
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and costs
- Availability for office work Monday through Friday
