As Organic Growth Manager, you lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients at an AI-first digital agency. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking explanations. The role focuses exclusively on search, with paid media handled separately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Direct links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4 and Search Console; create quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing technical fixes
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience with Ahrefs or Semrush
