The Regional Trainer executes company programs across a specified territory for Van Cleef & Arpels Canada. You will develop selling skills, client experience, Maison heritage, product knowledge, and after-sales service expertise. The position partners with managers, Retail, and CRM teams to support consistent boutique experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement regional coaching and training activities with the manager
- Conduct classroom training, coaching, role plays, and client sales support
- Coach boutique teams to improve service and sales performance

- Report store visits, programs, performance, and recommended action plans

Requirements:

- Three to five years in Training or Learning and Development
- Three to five years in luxury sales and management preferred
- Solid selling, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75 percent
