Key Responsibilities:

- Organize, install, and configure software deployments
- Install additional software purchased by customers
- Support consultants with configuration issues
- Keep team leaders informed about obstacles and progress




- Train, advise, and support customers when required

Requirements:

- Experience in Finance, CRM, Technical, or ERP deployments
- Proven product delivery contact or subject matter expertise
- Ability to define standard end-to-end business processes
- Robust French written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility, integrity, and problem-solving skills
