Lead manufacturing operations in Calgary with Lean Production System expertise, equipment performance focus, and people-centered leadership at Cascades. This temporary contract lasts 12 months.

As Asset Owner, you will lead production teams, develop employees, and drive operational performance. The work centers on safety, efficiency, production assets, and continuous improvement. You will support equipment reliability while improving workflow and operational results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production teams through servant-leadership and team-oriented floor presence
- Drive safety audits, A risks, and action plans
- Lead improvement projects and monitor operational performance metrics
- Coach operators through DRS meetings and maintain DRS boards




- Collaborate across departments to improve workflow and equipment performance

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of manufacturing leadership and team development experience
- Bachelor’s degree, engineering degree, or technical diploma
- Working knowledge of Lean Production System principles
- Strong understanding of production assets and operational processes
- Microsoft 365 proficiency; SAP and Power BI knowledge desirable
