Ledcor seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee complex institutional projects and major capital programs. The work spans defence, military, government, healthcare, correctional, and post-secondary environments. Success requires schedule leadership, quality oversight, subcontractor coordination, and knowledge of regulated project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee staff delivering complex construction projects to completion
- Coordinate site logistics, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Maintain schedules, milestones, and solutions for delays
- Lead Project Quality Program development and PEP conformance




- Represent Ledcor during client and government negotiations

Requirements:

- 10-15+ years leading complex projects with a general contractor
- Experience delivering institutional, defence, or government projects valued at $250M+
- Knowledge of federal procurement and security requirements
- Strong understanding of Design-Build, CM, and P3 models
- Eligibility for Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
