Lead Masonville Manor Retirement Residence as General Manager, guiding operations, teams, occupancy, and resident experiences through compassionate leadership. This senior leadership role is based at Sienna Senior Living’s community.

As the residence’s most senior leader, you will shape culture around positivity, accountability, community, and caring. You will balance relationships with seniors, families, community stakeholders, and internal teams. Reporting to regional operations leadership, you will direct operational effectiveness and support measurable residence goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a strong, high-performing management team
- Coordinate and monitor overall residence operational activities
- Develop operational plans, delegation, and communication lines




- Address resident and family concerns with action plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or related field
- Three to five years’ progressive leadership experience in retirement living
- Proven team, budget management, and operational excellence experience
- Sales, marketing, and solid communication experience
- Legal Canadian work eligibility and required background checks
