As a Physiotherapist in the Physio - LHO Acute department and Healthy Aging program, you will work within a multidisciplinary inpatient team. The assignment lasts six months under the direction of the Patient Care Manager. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment execution, documentation, meetings, statistics, program development, evaluation, and education activities. Weekend scheduling and travel between Lakeridge Health campuses may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Execute treatment plans within acute care inpatient services




- Document patient care and maintain relevant statistics
- Participate in patient care meetings and program evaluation
- Support education activities and program development

Requirements:

- Ontario physiotherapy licence in good standing
- Master of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C certification required
- Minimum two years acute care inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
- Geriatric assessment and treatment experience required
