Fraser Health seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist for patient and family-centered acute care. The position includes occupational therapy diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, intervention, evaluation, consultation, and education. You will collaborate with interprofessional care teams to support health outcomes and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess physical and cognitive status, function, needs, and goals
- Develop evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention strategies and care plans
- Implement treatment guidelines and educate patients and caregivers
- Evaluate interventions and document progress, outcomes,



and treatment changes
- Collaborate on referrals, transfers, discharges, and quality activities

Requirements:

- Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Knowledge of occupational therapy theory, practice, tests, and equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication with patients and care teams
- Ability to teach, consult, prioritize workload, and adapt
- Physical ability to perform position duties
