As a Claims Representative I, Property, you will support CGIC’s Prop Claims - Service department. Your work includes interpreting coverages, managing client concerns, and coordinating timely, quality settlements. You will also identify recovery opportunities and share claims knowledge with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret coverages and negotiate service claim settlements
- Participate in major event response activities
- Communicate clearly with clients and resolve concerns
- Identify salvage and subrogation recovery opportunities
- Share claims knowledge and process efficiency feedback

Requirements:

- One year insurance or two years related skilled experience
- College or university degree in insurance or related field
- CIP designation and provincial claims adjuster license
- Thorough understanding of customer service principles
- English proficiency required; French is an asset
