Compensation & Engagement

As Acumen Agency is currently in the startup stage, this opportunity is initially structured as a performance-based independent contractor engagement under an independent contractor agreement. Compensation is directly tied to agreed KPIs and contracts secured. Our goal is to transition to a salaried or hourly arrangement as soon as the company's financial position allows.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Fractional / Interim CEO to work closely with the founder and leadership team in building Acumen Agency from the startup stage. This is an opportunity for an experienced Christian executive, entrepreneur, business owner, or senior business leader who wants to help build a professional services organization from the ground up.

The position is fractional, remote, and versatile, with the potential to develop into a permanent executive leadership role as the company grows.
