Lead insurance product strategy at GreenShield in a hybrid Director role, shaping integrated experiences across its payer-provider portfolio.

Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you will guide the Insurance portfolio across member, employer, advisor, and internal stakeholder needs. You will develop platform roadmaps, lead Product Managers, and partner across Health and Insurance products. The role connects product strategy with architecture, engineering, cloud services, operations, marketing, sales, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define strategic direction for the insurance product portfolio
- Develop roadmaps aligned with GreenShield strategies
- Guide Product Managers toward strategic product goals




- Lead lifecycle teams while balancing speed and risk
- Support demonstrations, collateral, and roadmap communications

Requirements:

- 10+ years of product management experience
- 2-5+ years managing people and Product Management teams
- Experience with Agile and continuous improvement
- Platform experience involving multiple product integrations
- Ability to travel up to 15% of time
