The position requires diabetes expertise, insulin adjustment experience, collaboration, and clinical leadership. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care using the College’s three-factor framework
- Assess and document patient health status continuously
- Coordinate care and assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned

Requirements:

- Current registration in good standing with CNO
- Minimum five years of recent clinical diabetes experience
- Minimum one year adjusting insulin under medical directives
- Current BCLS and required Certified Diabetes Educator certification
