Based in Leduc, Alberta, the Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and leads multi-site field operations. The position develops Field Superintendents and other leaders while coordinating people, equipment, materials, fleet requirements, and client relationships. Regular presence at rigs and field offices is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, coach, and grow senior field talent
- Champion safety culture with HSE standards and investigations
- Lead Field Superintendents, Coordinators, and Field Supervisors
- Represent Savanna with clients and resolve concerns
- Participate in audits and CAOEC industry meetings

Requirements:

- 10–15 years' well servicing or oilfield experience
- Previous Field Superintendent experience
- Proven Regional or Area Manager experience
- Robust safety record and credibility leading by example
- Willingness to travel often across Western Canada
