Operate advanced natural-gas generator systems as a PowerGen Technician with BJ Energy Solutions in Clairmont, Alberta. Work field-based on a 16 days on, 12 days off rotation.

This full time technician role supports TITAN™ hydraulic fracturing operations through dependable field power. You will develop across mechanical, electrical, electronic and controls disciplines while operating, maintaining and troubleshooting portable generator systems. The work includes distribution equipment, synchronization, telemetry, alarms and remote monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor generator systems through startup, loading and shutdown
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on engines and generator sets
- Troubleshoot controls, sensors, alarms and communication faults
- Inspect switchgear,



protection devices and three-phase distribution systems
- Complete reports, logs, maintenance records and follow-up work orders

Requirements:

- Training or experience in power generation, mechanics, electrical, instrumentation or controls
- Hands-on troubleshooting ability within training and authorization
- Ability to interpret technical information and operating data
- Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work remote settings and a 16/12 rotation
