Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a book of senior living clients, directing targeting, budgets, roadmaps and client-facing narratives. You will be the strategic voice in client calls and drive campaign decisions.

You will manage spend across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and maintain accurate conversion tracking. Agency experience and strong English on calls are key assets for this role.
