As a New Graduate Design Coordinator, you will support engineering and design activities on infrastructure projects. You will work with project, engineering, and construction teams across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. The position develops technical, digital, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate design activities across multiple engineering disciplines
- Prepare, review, distribute, and track drawings and models
- Maintain design documentation, logs, trackers, and project records
- Support design reviews, milestones, deliverables, and action items
- Assist with RFIs,



design clarifications, and design changes

Requirements:

- Recent or pending diploma or bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- At least one completed engineering, design, or construction co-op term
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BIM models, and technical documents
- CAD/BIM experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software
- Microsoft Office proficiency and basic Power BI knowledge
