As Senior Data Test Coordinator, IT Quality Assurance, you will lead CIBC’s FCERT ET QA Team within Technology. You will translate business requirements into test cases, manage end-to-end testing, and help deliver quality products meeting business and system requirements. The position supports projects across the business through structured planning, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate business requirements and translate them into test cases
- Design and manage end-to-end testing activities
- Assign test cases and oversee execution across projects
- Create test plans, strategies, and project estimates




- Coach team members and provide feedback, support, and mentorship

Requirements:

- Six-plus years in software testing, automation, and process improvement
- Experience building test automation frameworks on Databricks
- Medium-to-complex DB queries, SQL, and Azure Databricks knowledge
- Ability to identify risks and communicate project status
- GUI automation experience in Java, C#, Python, or VBScript
