As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support senior leaders through budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. The role requires progressive financial analysis experience, strong business partnering, and insight extraction from multiple data sets. You will improve reporting and metrics for leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build partnerships with leaders across the business
- Prepare presentations for the Senior Management team
- Improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Analyze monthly and quarterly budget and forecast performance
- Deliver timely month-end variance and management reporting

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Expert Excel knowledge and financial modeling experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication and organizational skills
