Lead Brampton beverage production through team supervision, safety talks, and syrup room management within Coke Canada Bottling’s manufacturing facility.

This full-time Manufacturing Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and coordinates Production department activities. The position works with QA and Maintenance Teams while managing staff, sanitation, batching, kitting, and raw materials. It supports secure daily procedures, shift information transfer, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staff, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate team members
- Conduct regular safety crew talks and promote safety guidelines
- Manage syrup room batching, kitting, ingredients, and raw materials
- Track downtime, detractors, losses,



and improvement action plans
- Oversee sanitation associates and execute the plant Sanitation Program

Requirements:

- Three to five years of supervisory experience
- Engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent technical manufacturing background preferred
- Basic knowledge of sanitation methods
- Food Industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is an asset
