This Senior IT Data Specialist supports Oracle Transaction Monitoring and Customer Risk Rating solutions within TD’s FCRM Technology team. The work involves translating business requirements into functional specifications, investigating pipeline issues, and maintaining data governance. You will collaborate globally across Business and Technology teams while improving payment and reference data integrity. The role requires solid experience with data profiling, ETL controls, source-to-target mappings, and database design. It also includes automation, scalable data processing, and quality validation for feeds entering FCRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement data controls from source through target




- Lead global data initiatives and develop functional specifications
- Troubleshoot database and data pipeline issues efficiently
- Perform profiling and root cause analysis for data issues
- Automate manual processing and build scalable solutions

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years of PL/SQL experience
- Five years of data management experience
- Five to seven years of AML transaction monitoring experience
- Proficiency with Python, PySpark, Pandas, or Polars
- University degree, preferably in technology or data engineering
