As a Senior Software Engineer II on PANDA, you will own shared systems for approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notifications. You will improve complex architectures while balancing simplicity, scalability, and backward compatibility. The work requires full-stack engineering, stakeholder leadership, and strong technical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evolve approval workflows, permissions, authentication, and notification systems
- Lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and concurrent efforts
- Set code quality standards and guide strategic technical decisions




- Design AI-forward workflows that accelerate team effectiveness
- Participate in on-call response and technical interviews

Requirements:

- Production web application and API experience with Ruby on Rails
- Architectural depth across shared platform or infrastructure systems
- Experience leading multi-team initiatives and rescuing at-risk projects
- Experience with agentic AI tooling and orchestration frameworks
- Solid SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience is a plus
