As Accountant, Regulatory, you will support General Rate Applications and Deferral Account Reconciliations for the Yellowhead Pipeline Project. The work combines project-cost analysis, reconciliations, variance analysis, compliance documentation, and technical writing. You will collaborate with Project Accounting, Project Controls, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Land, Operations, and Regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and validate project costs for regulatory applications and audits
- Prepare reconciliations, variance analyses, cost schedules, and supporting evidence
- Maintain records for expenditures, cost variances,



procurement, and scope changes
- Support information requests, witness materials, hearings, and settlement discussions
- Monitor compliance with regulatory directions, conditions, and commitments

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Four to five years of progressive accounting or financial experience
- Chartered Qualified Accountant designation is required
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills
