As Branch Manager, you will own day-to-day operations while leading teams and optimizing resources. The position emphasizes client relationships, employee development, project execution, budgeting, and safety. CDN’s energy services expertise spans E&I; maintenance, renewables and solar, major projects, combustion and emissions reduction, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead direct reports through KPIs, priorities, performance, and people operations
- Coordinate field schedules to optimize resources and operational efficiency
- Manage branch budgets, costs, productivity, and project profitability




- Build customer relationships and address service or project concerns
- Conduct site visits and lead monthly safety meetings

Requirements:

- Strong Electrical and Instrumentation technical knowledge and experience
- Degree, diploma, or trade certification with twelve years’ related experience
- Five or more years leading, developing, and engaging teams
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and decision-making abilities
- Valid safety tickets required under CDN’s HSE program
