The Civil Design Coordinator supports Beedie’s Land Development team across the full development lifecycle. You will work with the Director, Civil Design and Senior Development Manager on land acquisitions, rezoning, subdivision, servicing, detailed design, and construction delivery. The role includes multidisciplinary consultant coordination and infrastructure problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare preliminary onsite and offsite servicing designs
- Develop grading, stormwater, and erosion control concepts
- Estimate infrastructure requirements, including earthworks




- Prepare consultant and contractor requests for proposals
- Coordinate permits, purchase orders, and project cost reports

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering Technologist, EIT, P.Eng., or related experience
- Two to five years in infrastructure, land development, or earthworks
- Understanding of municipal servicing and subdivision approvals
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Bluebeam, Kubla, and Civil 3D beneficial
