Lead GLP Canada’s accounting team in Mississauga with CPA expertise, month-end close leadership, and advanced Excel skills onsite. Regular branch travel is required.

This Senior Accountant reports to the Controller and leads AR, AP, and accounting activities. You will oversee reconciliations, consolidation, intercompany entries, and tax filings across Canadian and U.S. entities. The position also supports finance automation and ERP migration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support AR, AP, and accounting staff
- Oversee five-to-six-day month-end close and reconciliations
- Review invoicing and payment runs before approval
- Prepare consolidation, intercompany, and foreign currency entries
- Support ERP migration, testing, data mapping, and training

Requirements:

- Required CPA designation and accounting or finance degree
- Four-to-six years progressive accounting experience
- One-to-two years leading or managing accounting staff
- Hands-on consolidation and intercompany elimination experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
