As a Manager in RSM’s Operations and Supply Chain Consulting practice, you will lead engagements for middle-market clients. Apply expertise across demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, and logistics. Build solutions through assessments, business process mapping, interviews, workshops, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, coach, and develop consulting professionals
- Lead business development, proposals, networking, and marketing content
- Manage proposal budgets, pricing, margins, billing, and risk
- Assess client current states using data and facilitated workshops
- Develop and implement complex operational solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Six or more years of consulting or relevant industry experience
- Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Robust communication, project management, and organization skills
- Ability to travel fifty percent in Canada and the United States
