As Program Manager, you will serve as the principal contact during implementation and lead cross-functional resources at Co-Ex-Tec. The work covers program quoting, customer requirements, tooling, manufacturing, quality, packaging, and launch readiness. You will support customer satisfaction and defined financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage programs from order receipt through steady-state production
- Lead APQP tasks, work packages, meetings, and phase sign-offs
- Develop risk strategies and allocate resources for program needs
- Coordinate builds, ramp-up activities,



and customer delivery expectations
- Present launch readiness updates to management and group leadership

Requirements:

- Post-secondary engineering degree or related field preferred
- Solid technical background may be considered
- Minimum five years of related experience
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer, quality, safety, environmental, and security requirements
