The District Sales Leader leads Market Sales Leaders and serves Independent Operators and customers. This position translates commercial priorities into field execution across retail channels. It focuses on sales fundamentals, KPI reviews, ordering gaps, customer standards, and disciplined performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop Market Sales Leaders across channels
- Review KPIs and business actions with MSLs and IOs
- Own multi-channel customer relationships and annual business reviews
- Build gap-closure plans using data and business cycles
- Validate displays, programs, ordering, and Perfect Store standards

Requirements:

- Preferred post-secondary education and related experience
- One to three years of sales experience
- CPG or Direct Sales Delivery experience preferred
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Frequent walking and lifting up to 25 pounds
