This senior role supports infrastructure real property projects and programs through structured planning, scheduling, and controls. You will establish frameworks, develop integrated schedules, and coordinate inputs from designers, the CM, and contractors. The work includes baseline governance, progress measurement, risk integration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish planning, scheduling, reporting, and schedule control frameworks
- Develop WBS/CBS, baseline, and integrated Master Schedules
- Optimize CPM schedules and review third-party schedule logic




- Implement Earned Value Management and verify progress reporting
- Assess variances, changes, delays, and recovery actions

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years of relevant post-graduate experience
- Project controls, time management, and project management experience
- Extensive Primavera P6 and OPC scheduling experience
- Infrastructure Real Property project and program experience
- Relevant university degree is beneficial
