Reporting to the Product Manager, IAI, this Scrum Master leads one or more agile teams through the innovation development lifecycle. The position supports clinical and business system development, integrations, and interoperability projects across the Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence portfolio. Robust technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and Agile lifecycle management are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead agile teams through innovation development lifecycle delivery
- Support clinical and business system development projects
- Support integrations and interoperability projects




- Teach adult learners Scrum and agile methodology
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and solution providers

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
- At least five years of agile project experience
- Scrum Master certification or pathway toward certification
- Healthcare domain and software development experience
- Proficiency with Agile lifecycle management practices and tools
