MercyOne Waterloo Urgent Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner to staff its busy urgent care clinic. The position requires graduation from an AMA approved Nurse Practitioner Program, Iowa licensure, and prescribing authority. Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber, BLS, and Mandatory Reporter credentials are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staff the busy MercyOne Waterloo Urgent Care clinic
- Work scheduled 12 hour urgent care shifts
- Cover weekday, weekend, and varying holiday clinic hours

Requirements:

- Graduate of an AMA approved Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Iowa licensure required
- Federal and State Controlled Substance prescribing authority
- Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber Certification, BLS, Mandatory Reporter
- EOE and drug screen requirements
