Overview

Mitel is building a next-generation service delivery team and wants ambitious new grads on the front-end UI squad. Your first focus is user-facing applications—design meeting code—with UX and product partners. The role is full-stack-oriented: you can grow into backend work (serverless/Lambda, NoSQL/DynamoDB, Elasticsearch) with training.

They explicitly value AI-assisted/agentic programming tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) as part of a modern workflow.

Eligibility / Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering, or compatible degree
- 0–2 years related experience; co-op, internship, or capstone valued
- Proven ability to deliver working software via projects or work experience
- Working proficiency in Angular 10+, CSS, HTML5, and TypeScript; familiarity with Node.js and REST/cloud APIs
- Interest in AI coding tools; basic CI/CD understanding (ideally AWS)
