Infoya seeks a Senior Release Train Engineer to orchestrate delivery across multiple Agile teams in a retail workplace. You will coordinate QA, DevOps, platform teams, and business stakeholders. The work centers on release governance, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and transparent delivery health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive alignment, flow, and execution across multiple Agile teams
- Manage complex recurring and ad hoc releases end to end
- Facilitate PI planning, sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives




- Coordinate weekly production releases with minimal business disruption
- Identify bottlenecks and improve lead time, frequency, and release success

Requirements:

- 10+ years overall experience and 7+ years as an RTE
- Hands-on Release Management experience across teams and projects
- DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment exposure
- QA experience involving performance and regression testing
- SAFe, Scrum Master, or RTE certifications
