As Pharmacy Manager, you will direct pharmacy operations while maintaining high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities include dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care, patient counseling, scheduling, and policy implementation. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals and the Front Store team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team
- Oversee dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical care
- Ensure regulatory compliance and patient counseling standards
- Manage scheduling, policies, recruitment, and staff development
- Manage P&L; statements and operational targets

Requirements:

- Licensed and in positive standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
- Required injection certification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated approach to pharmacy leadership
