As Senior Manager, Replenishment Planning, you will own domestic Net Requirements, production alignment, order governance, inventory strategy, and supply continuity. You will lead three Domestic Replenishment Planners while representing domestic supply in S&OE;, pre-S&OP;, S&OP;, and executive reviews. The role requires cross-functional influence across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set domestic replenishment frameworks across sites, co-packers, and locations
- Own Net Requirements, capacity alignment, and financial priorities
- Govern orders, substitutions, accelerations, postponements, and cancellations




- Manage inventory performance and supply-continuity risks
- Coach planners and sponsor planning-system transformation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, operations, or related field
- 10–15 years in supply planning or related operations
- At least three years leading and developing people
- Experience with production, co-packers, inventory, and supply-risk management
- ERP or planning-platform experience, including JDE, SAP, or comparable systems
